According to Gu Hongdi, president of XPeng Inc., with the G9 hitting the market, the automaker intends to roll out at least one new product every quarter in the next few quarters, in an effort to boost sales.

Shaanxi Province issues first batch autonomous driving licenses
On September 22, China's Shaanxi province issued its first five road test licenses for autonomous driving vehicles. Companies that received the licenses are Shaanxi Heavy-duty Automobile with one license for autonomous driving tractor for logistics purposes, Shaanxi Automobile Group with one license for closed-park autonomous mini bus, and Xi’an SenseTime with three licenses for autonomous driving shuttle buses.
