Nowadays, there is an unavoidable design trend in automotive lighting, that is, the Thin lens lamps. Especially on some new EVs, due to the cancellation of the front grille, the two headlamps are getting thinner and thinner.

Valeo 15mm thin lens module is the third generation of thin lens  platform, which decreased the lens height revolutionary from 30mm to 15mm, meanwhile keeping high performance and high cost performance.

Application:

The first 15 * 100mm lens module on the global market，the shape is showing more advanced technology， It can be used in the different headlamps of various OEM models glabally and domestically. This platform technology could extend the function to low beam, high beam and ADB modules with 15 * 100 lens size

Prospect:

This technology still has the potential to challenge the extreme height. In the future, it could reach below 10mm, so as to fully integrate with the signal function and lead the global trend of automotive headlamp styling.
