In the seventh month of 2022, AITO reported a monthly delivery volume of 7,228 units of its first production model, the M5, edging up 3% month over month. Notably, it took the young brand 87 days to deliver over 10,000 vehicles. By the end of July 2022, the cumulative delivery volume of the M5 has reached 26,348 vehicles.

Since its debut, AITO has attracted many customers. However, the automaker explained that its production and delivery were limited by the fluctuating supply chain. Its automaking parent, SERES, is striving to overcome the challenge to expand its production capacity as well as rush order fulfillment.

As to AITO’s sales channels across the country, it currently has vehicles displayed at 201 SERES user centers in 172 cities and 554 Huawei experience centers in 168 cities. By the end of 2022, AITO expects to branch out to 1,300 Huawei experience centers and 300 SERES user centers, providing customers with a full-fledged purchasing experience.
