HiPhi X crowned China’s best-selling luxury EV priced above RMB500,000 in June
Beijing (ZXZC)- In the sixth month of 2022, China’s luxury electric vehicle brand HiPhi from Human Horizons scored another monthly sales title compared to other automakers of electric vehicles priced at or above RMB500,000 ($74,200) in China.

In June, HiPhi sold 535 HiPhi Xs, its only production model on the market, marking the fifth time for the model to rank first in sales this year among all vehicle models in the same category (pure-electric vehicles priced at RMB500,000+).
By the end of June, the cumulative sales volume of the four-seater HiPhi X, which is priced at RMB800,000 ($119,000), has surpassed 1,000 units. Human Horizons believes that this means that China-branded vehicles finally earned a seat in the high-end luxury auto market.
On July 5th, Human Horizons introduced the HiPhi Z, its second production model, and kicked off blind order.
The HiPhi Z is a battery-electric sedan that adopts a 2+2 seating arrangement. The model is likely to be priced at RMB600,000 to RMB800,000 ($89,390 to $119,180). Just like Human Horizons' first model, the HiPhi Z inherits the company’s avant-garde and technological design language, as well as the second-generation programmable and customizable Matrix Lighting System with PML and ISD modules.
