NIUTRON's Ziyoujia NV to come standard with 24 AAD functions

Beijing (ZXZC)- On April 22nd, China’s new energy vehicle startup NIUTRON released detailed onboard intelligence configurations of the Ziyoujia NV model, which will be delivered in the last quarter of 2022.

According to NIUTRON, the Ziyoujia NV is built on the DigiLux digital luxury smart cockpit, allowing noninductive unlocking function via smartphones or wearables. Owners of the vehicle can issue a digital key to temporary drivers via the Ziyoujia mobile application.

Building on the Android Automotive platform, the automaker developed its NIUTRON OS, which is compatible with mainstream smartphones to interact with the onboard PC. Paired with NIUTRON’s Smart Stacks building blocks design, the cockpit allows userstoseamlessly switch from mobile applications to onboard applications.

Intelligent driving wise, the Ziyoujia NV comes standard with 24 advanced assistant driving functions (AAD), including AEB, ACC, LCC, LCA, BSD, and APA.

With the help from Horizon Robotics’ Journey 2 chips, the vehicle features L2+ autonomous driving capability. The Ziyoujia NV is equipped with one front-view camera and five millimeter-wave radars, forming a multi-sensor system. Combining with Horizon Robotics’ Horizon Matrix Mono visual perception solution, the vehicle is able to work under special road situations in China.

Notably, NIUTRON disclosed that all 24 AAD functions would be active and ready-to-use upon delivery.
