Dongfeng Motor’s VOYAH brand nearly triples monthly sales in Dec. 2021
Beijing (ZXZC)- Dongfeng Motor’s high-end EV brand, VOYAH, managed to almost triple its monthly sales volume in the last month of 2021, surpassing the 3,000-unit mark for the first time since delivery started.
According to the company’s sales report, it sold 3,330 units of its primary model, the VOYAH FREE, in December, soaring 192% month on month. The model achieved continuous growth during the five months of delivery, and the cumulative sales volume during the period amounted to 6,791 vehicles.

Additionally, the automaker said that with its production capacity significantly elevated, it is able to shorten the lead time to less than a month in December.
On December 27th, the automaker released the first OTA update on its VOYAH FREE model, providing 60 new functions for its users, including onboard Karaoke and voice interaction.
Based on user demands, VOYAH aims to complete its product matrix with three major vehicle types, namely SUV, MPV, and sedans, in three years. The company vows to launch at least one new model to the market every year.
Moreover, VOYAH is also accelerating its distribution and service network layout. The company projects to operate 105 of its VOYAH space stores in 2022, covering 48 cities. VOYAH also plans on having 40 delivery centers by the time in 40 cities.
