Beijing (ZXZC)- JAC Group reported a prominent November sales performance, with growing sales results in both commercial and passenger vehicle sectors.

In November, JAC Group sold a total of 49,000 vehicles indicating an 18.9% increase from a year ago. For the first eleven months this year, the cumulative sales volume of the group totaled 482,000 vehicles, up 15.7% year on year.

The passenger vehicle sector of the group witnessed excellent results, with 27,000 vehicles sold in November. From January to November, the group has sold 227,000 passenger vehicles in total, surging 62.9% from 2020.

The performance of its battery-electric passenger vehicles and SUVs was auspicious, with 16,000 vehicles and 21,000 vehicles sold, respectively. The battery-electric passenger vehicle sector managed a soaring 177.6% increase from a year ago, and the SUV sector at 98.7%.

As for the commercial vehicle sector of JAC Group, 22,000 vehicles were sold in November, summing up to 255,000 vehicles sold by the end of the month this year.

The group’s light trucks were sold 19,000 vehicles, up 7.2% year on year. The trucks had landed the group several strategic partnerships with major logistic enterprises, including China Post and SF.

In addition, the group managed to sell 7,000 vehicles overseas in November, surging 110.7% from a year ago. For the first eleven months, the group has sold 68,000 vehicles in total internationally, representing a 112.8% rise compared to 2020. The group’s mainstay export model is the JS2 SUV.
