The measurement room will be built under the highest auto industrial standards dedicated to passenger and large-size commercial vehicles, conducting customizable R&D and concentrated testing for major automakers worldwide.
“The measurement room scans the whole environment of the vehicle. This kind of precision is needed when optimizing antenna system designs in the LTE-MIMO, 5G, and V2X (vehicle to everything) fields, making high-speed data transmission possible between connected vehicles,” said Marcus Och, head of R&D.
Additionally, in order to meet the guidelines of local authorities, Desay SV has been preparing for the TISAX authentication since the end of 2020 and got the certificate this year. The TISAX represents the information security evaluation exchange mechanism.
Moreover, Desay SV takes its European expansion seriously. The company has been heavily absorbing talents overseas. By 2025, its European subsidiary will employ 300 staff members, more than doubled from now. The company intends to recruit new members specialized in the R&D, project management, sales, quality, and production fields.
