Shineray Motors, BWI Group forge strategic partnership in intelligent chassis field
Shanghai (ZXZC)- On October 17, Shineray Motors and BWI Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, focusing on advancing innovations in intelligent chassis systems, according to a post on BWI Group's WeChat account. The partnership aims to accelerate the development and deployment of domain-controlled chassis technologies.

The collaboration centers on the advancement of cutting-edge products for chassis systems, including BWI's signature MagneRide® magnetorheological dampers, AeroRide air suspension, the iDBC1 integrated brake-by-wire system (1-Box), electromechanical brake systems (EMB), as well as intelligent fully active and semi-active suspension systems, and advanced intelligent chassis domain control systems.

The AeroRide air suspension leads the industry with a 150mm body adjustment range. The iDBC1 integrated brake-by-wire system (1-Box) complies with ASPICE/ASIL-D safety standards and offers an optimal L2 ADAS solution. BWI’s electromechanical brake system (EMB), featuring a fully redundant, all-dry design, supports advanced autonomous driving systems at L4 and beyond. The intelligent chassis domain control system, utilizing a combination of hardware, software, and centralized electrical architecture, further enhances performance and smart capabilities by transforming functional software into market-ready products.
