Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI) announced today that it has reached the one millionth vehicle delivery milestone, three days after its one millionth vehicle rolled off the assembly line.

It took Li Auto 58 months to see vehicle deliveries go from first to 1 millionth vehicle, making it the first of the new Chinese car-making brands to reach the milestone, it announced today on Weibo.

The company delivered a record 53,709 vehicles in September, bringing cumulative deliveries since inception to 975,176 vehicles, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.

That means Li Auto has delivered 24,824 vehicles so far this month.

Founded in July 2015, Li Auto is one of the major extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) players in China.

Its first model, the Li One EREV, was released in October 2018, and in December 2019, deliveries began.
