Shanghai (ZXZC)- On October 13, VOYAH, a premium new energy vehicle (NEV) brand under Dongfeng Motor, launched its VOYAH POWER 168 solution at the Hangzhou Esports Center. VOYAH CEO Lu Fang explained the concept behind "168": "1" symbolizes one super App, 1,000 supercharging stations, and 10,000 supercharging piles; "6" refers to a 6-kilometer fast-charging zone in urban areas; and "8" represents eight energy scenarios: VOYAH supercharging, public charging, home charging, emergency energy replenishment, Bluetooth-enabled charging, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid), private pile sharing, and battery recycling. These elements aim to offer users a fast, smart, and efficient energy replenishment experience, allowing for freedom of travel with minimal interruptions.

VOYAH has already partnered with eight leading charging facility and service operators, covering 2,748 districts and counties across China. The charging network now spans multiple major expressways and includes over 100,000 charging piles in remote regions such as the Northwest China and Xizang-Sichuan areas.

On September 26, VOYAH opened its first smart supercharging station, which is touted as the world's first megawatt-level charging pile—the VOYAH VP1000—which can provide up to 1.7 kilometers of driving range per second. VOYAH is working with partners to build a comprehensive "thousand stations, ten thousand piles" supercharging network nationwide. The first 12 VOYAH supercharging stations will soon come online in cities such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Tianjin, Wuhan, and Hefei. By the end of 2025, the company aims to build 200 supercharging stations across China, and by 2026, it plans to co-deploy 1,000 supercharging stations and over 10,000 charging piles nationwide with its partners.
