Autowise.ai secures unmanned sanitation vehicle testing license in Hangzhou
On October 16, Chinese autonomous driving startup Autowise.ai was granted Hangzhou's testing license for unmanned sanitation vehicles. This comes after its Autowise V1 became the first unmanned sanitation vehicle in China to receive road operation approval on public urban roads. The new license allows the Autowise V3 model to operate autonomously in Hangzhou. With this approval, the Autowise V3 is set to begin road-cleaning operations, pushing forward the deployment of unmanned technologies in public sanitation.
GAC AION sells 9,447 second-gen AION V vehicles in Sept.
On October 16, GAC AION reported that its new all-electric vehicle model, the second-generation AION V, recorded sales of 9,447 units in September, marking a 50% month-on-month growth. The model, which hit the market on July 23, offers seven variants priced between 129,800 and 189,800 yuan.
AVATR 12 range-extended edition starts presale
