Feng Xingya, General Manager of GAC Group, emphasized the company's commitment to fully embrace digital and intelligent transformation across its entire value chain, from R&D to production, sales, and service. GAC Group is "All in" on product intelligence, aiming to fast-track its transition through digitalization and intelligence.

In recent years, GAC Group has made significant progress in product intelligence. For example, its L2++ urban NDA (Navigated Driving Assist) technology has already been implemented in the second-generation AION V and the Hyper brand’s models. The company plans to roll out this technology nationwide by the end of this year.

The deepened cooperation with Huawei is expected to further accelerate GAC's journey toward smarter products. Under the latest agreement, the two companies will collaborate across a broad range of areas, including digital R&D, intelligent business processes, smart manufacturing, digitalized marketing, global expansion, ICT infrastructure, joint innovation, and talent development.

GAC Group and Huawei's collaboration dates back several years, with previous joint efforts in digital transformation, AI model applications, and upgrades to GAC Group's hybrid cloud system. In March this year, GAC Trumpchi signed an agreement with Huawei to become one of the first automotive brands to integrate into Huawei's HarmonyOS ecosystem. At the Auto China 2024 in April, GAC Trumpchi and Huawei launched a joint innovation initiative focused on areas such as smart chassis and intelligent human-machine interaction.
