During the event, CATL Vice Chairman Mr. Li Ping emphasized, "In the past, we said CATL doesn't make cars. Now, we want to say that CATL also doesn't sell cars. Instead, we're creating a platform that connects various parties involved."

The CATL New Energy Lifestyle Plaza is designed to provide consumers with a holistic experience covering four key aspects of new energy living: viewing, selecting, maintenance, and learning. The plaza has also established a team of new energy experts who are knowledgeable about both cars and batteries, ready to answer any questions consumers may have about vehicles or batteries. These experts offer personalized recommendations for new energy vehicles based on each user's needs, budget, and intended use.
To further enhance user experience and expand service offerings, CATL also launched its new WeChat mini-program on August 10. This program provides a range of services tailored to new energy vehicle owners, including charging network searches, vehicle viewing, selection, usage, and educational resources on new energy vehicles.
Additionally, CATL unveiled its after-market service brand, "Ning Family Service," on the same day. The brand has initially set up 112 specialized after-sales service outlets across China and developed a comprehensive training system to deliver professional services such as basic battery maintenance, health inspections, and mobile rescue, ensuring a high-quality experience for new energy vehicle owners.
Looking ahead, CATL is set to further expand into the after-market service sector. The first direct-operated store of the "Ning Family Service" brand is scheduled to open for business in Ningde city, Fujian province, on September 7.
