Under the MoU, BYD and Ayvens will collaborate to provide European corporate clients with a diverse range of new energy vehicles, driving the development of sustainable fleets. Ayvens' European customers will benefit from tailor-made electric fleet solutions, including consulting services, operational leasing, and comprehensive charging services. It is expected that within the first year of the MOU's implementation, the partners will provide electric fleet services to over 30 European companies.

Additionally, BYD's extensive dealer network in Europe will support Ayvens in offering white-label full-service leasing solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises and private users. The initial operations will commence in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, with plans to expand to other European markets. The partners will also explore more retail cooperation opportunities to deepen the white-label operational leasing model and promote the electrification of transportation in Europe.

BYD Chairman and President Wang Chuanfu emphasized that innovation and collaboration are crucial for the advancement of global new energy vehicles. The partnership with Ayvens demonstrates both parties' commitment to accelerating the adoption of new energy vehicles in Europe. Together, they will provide innovative and diverse products to encourage green fleet development and offer more sustainable mobility options worldwide.

Ayvens Group's CEO Tim Albertsen stated, "Ayvens Group shares the vision of promoting environmentally friendly transportation with BYD, whose leading position in the new energy vehicle sector is remarkable. We look forward to accelerating the electrification of vehicles in Europe through this cooperation and continuous technological innovation."

Since September 2022, BYD has been actively expanding its presence in the European market. To date, BYD has launched seven models in over 20 European countries, including the UK, France, and Germany. From hatchbacks to SUVs, BYD's extensive product lineup meets market demands. On July 4th of this year, BYD celebrated the rollout of its 8 millionth new energy vehicle from its Thai factory, becoming the world's first automaker to achieve this milestone.
