SAIC Audi's Q6 and Q5 e-tron models also saw year-over-year growth, with the Q6 experiencing over a 50% increase. The Q6 is a large six-seater SUV that comes standard with the quattro intelligent all-wheel-drive system and aviation-grade executive seats. The Q5 e-tron, which was showcased at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Auto Show, is positioned as a six-seater pure electric flagship SUV equipped with the Audi e-quattro intelligent all-wheel-drive system, aimed at providing an upgraded luxury travel experience for young families.

Following the signing of a memorandum of understanding to deepen strategic cooperation in July 2023, SAIC Motor and Audi AG officially signed a cooperation agreement on May 20, launching the joint development of the Advanced Digitized Platform. This initiative will see both parties collaboratively developing multiple luxury intelligent electric vehicles for SAIC Audi.

On May 24, the production base for the new Advanced Digitized Platform began its upgrade in Anting county, Shanghai city. This newly upgraded factory is set to become the exclusive production site for Audi's next-generation luxury intelligent electric vehicles. The new models will cover the B and C segments, with the first all-electric model expected to hit the market in 2025.
