Beijing (ZXZC)- Recently, Jiangnan Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (“Jiangnan Automobile”) and Qingcheng Shidai (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. (“EEZI Technology” in English) signed a strategic cooperation agreement, according to the official WeChat post of Zotye Automobile.

The two companies will leverage their respective strengths to engage in "multi-dimensional" strategic cooperation in areas such as new energy vehicle (NEV) product development, vehicle intelligent connectivity, autonomous driving, intelligent manufacturing, and domestic and overseas marketing and services.

Jiangnan Automobile, a technology-driven smart electric vehicle brand under Zotye Automobile, boasts comprehensive independent R&D capabilities for smart electric vehicles. It focuses on creating sophisticated, tech-savvy pure electric models tailored to the needs of young consumers. EEZI Technology, an intelligent mobility ecosystem hardware and software solutions provider, focuses on smart cockpit, intelligent driving, software ecosystem, and user operations, offering full-chain design, development, and operational capabilities.

Through this collaboration, both parties will jointly develop and adapt intelligent NEVs throughout their entire lifecycle, delivering smarter and more cost-effective products.

The first jointly developed model, the Jiangnan U2, is an all-electric smart car built on the J-Smart 1.0 electric platform. It features the J-Pilot 1.0 intelligent driving assistance system, cross-terminal intelligent connectivity, diverse application ecosystems, customizable smart PAD interfaces, full-duplex voice interaction, and a separation mode for the car and PAD. Jiangnan Automobile plans to release additional models, including the U3, U5, and U6, forming a complete product lineup.
