The DEEPAL G318, which hit the market on June 13, is available in six variants, starting at 175,900 yuan. The entry-level two-wheel-drive standard version will begin deliveries in August, while the top-spec edition is expected to be available for pre-order in early 2025.

In terms of design, the DEEPAL G318 features robust body lines and a boxy silhouette that emphasizes its rugged SUV identity. The front end sports a closed-grille design with a horizontal decorative strip connecting C-shaped headlights, creating a cohesive visual effect. The roof rack can support up to 80kg dynamically and 300kg statically, with the option to add a rooftop tent for additional space.

The interior mirrors the exterior's tough aesthetic, with the dashboard characterized by straight lines. The gear lever and central armrest are integrated, enhancing the overall sense of power. A 14.6-inch embedded central control screen retains some physical buttons for ease of use.

In terms of features, the G318 includes 540-degree panoramic camera, lane-keeping assist, lane departure warning, the upgraded DEEPAL OS system, and ENC active noise cancellation technology.

Powering the vehicle is a 1.5T range extender paired with an electric motor. The single-motor version delivers a maximum power of 185kW, while the dual-motor all-wheel-drive version boasts a total power of 316kW. All variants come equipped with the Golden Shield battery, offering a CLTC-rated combined range of over 1,000km and a battery-powered range of 190km. Additionally, the vehicle supports 6kW external power output to meet diverse electricity needs. The DEEPAL G318 also features an ET all-terrain system with 16 driving modes, including 5 daily, 5 terrain, and 3 special scenario modes.
