This collaboration goes beyond product development and market promotion, but aims to jointly explore the green development path of the commercial vehicle industry.

The two parties will work together in various aspects, including overseas market expansion, product technology innovation, ecosystem co-construction, and capital markets, injecting strong green momentum into the global commercial vehicle market.

Founded in 2015, DST is a leading global smart operation service provider for new energy logistics vehicles, fully committed to promoting the electrification and connected services of urban logistics vehicles. Through its lifecycle operation and smart operation service platform, DST connects the entire value chain of the new energy logistics vehicle industry, offering a comprehensive asset operation and service package that includes vehicle leasing and sales, charging and maintenance, and secondary utilization.

Leveraging Farizon Auto's comprehensive product lineup and DST's extensive new energy logistics service ecosystem, the two parties will jointly provide users with integrated solutions covering "purchase, use, rental, maintenance, energy replenishment, financing, and remanufacturing."

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Farizon Auto and DST will engage in close cooperation on multiple levels. First, by sharing technical resources and market channels, they will jointly develop and promote targeted models, creating new energy commercial vehicles that better meet user needs.
