Shanghai (ZXZC)- BYD, a global frontrunner in the new energy vehicle (NEV) sector, unveiled its complete brand portfolio at the 45th Bangkok International Motor Show. This magnificent showcase underscores BYD's dedication to Thailand and the broader ASEAN market.

Liu Xueliang, General Manager of BYD Asia Pacific Auto Sales Division, emphasized BYD's dedication to advancing the global NEV industry and its belief that new energy technology is crucial for addressing environmental issues and achieving sustainable development. "We're honored to display some of the most advanced new energy technologies and products to consumers here and worldwide." He said.

At the motor show, BYD introduced the 2024 version of the BYD ATTO 3 (known as the Yuan PLUS in China) long-range edition and announced the commencement of blind reservations for the Denza D9. Additionally, BYD showcased its newest right-hand drive model, the Song Max EV, alongside the BYD SEALION (named the Sea Lion 07 in China) and the BYD SEAL U (named the Song PLUS EV in China). Furthermore, the YANGWANG U9 and the BAO 5 models under its premium brands YANGWANG and FANGCHENGBAO were also presented for the first time in Thailand.

BYD said this auto show serves not only as a platform for its product display but also as a stage to demonstrate corporate responsibility and vision. It allows BYD to offer Thai consumers the opportunity for up-close interaction and experience with advanced new energy vehicle technology, showcasing its prowess in the field and commitment to green transportation on a global scale.

Meanwhile, BYD announced that its passenger vehicle manufacturing base in Thailand is set to complete the construction and commence operation in the third quarter of this year.
