Shanghai (ZXZC)- Since the launch of the 2024 L Series models on March 1, Li Auto has received substantial feedback from users. In a swift response to customer needs, the company has announced several key adjustments to the L Series lineup:

Retention of the CDC sport suspension in the Air models and adjustment to 2024 models' naming method

Following feedback from a segment of users desiring the continuation of the "CDC (continuous damping control) Sport Suspension" (coil springs + CDC dampers) on the Li L7 and L8 models, Li Auto has decided to introduce 2024 versions of the Li L7 and L8 equipped with the CDC Sport Suspension, retaining the Air model nomenclature. These two new models are scheduled to hit the market in May and will commence deliveries thereafter. Until the new Air models are delivered, the 2023 Li L7 Air and L8 Air models with the CDC Sport Suspension will remain available for sale.

Furthermore, Li Auto will adjust the current lineup of the 2024 Li L7 and L8 models, transitioning from Air, Pro, Max to Pro, Max, Ultra. The naming of the 2024 Li L9 Max will also be changed to Li L9 Ultra.

Adjustment of first sale benefits for the 2024 L Series, introducing a new deposit scheme

Since its release, less than 35% of customers have utilized the 5,000-yuan optional equipment fund, with many indicating that the standard configurations of the 2024 L Series models already meet their needs. As a result, Li Auto is revising the first sale benefits for the L Series lineup: customers who order the 2024 L Series models before March 31 will, in addition to the existing 5,000-yuan fund, receive an additional benefit where a 5,000 yuan deposit will offset 10,000 yuan off the vehicle price, enhancing the value proposition for early buyers. For those who have already paid for and received their 2024 L Series vehicle, Li Auto will compensate with 80,000 credits to offset the adjustment in first sale benefits.
