Huawei stated that it will continue to increase R&D and technology investment to build a smart charging network solution that is "loved by car owners, trusted by operators, and friendly to the grid." It will also accelerate the construction of high-quality charging infrastructure and jointly build an ecosystem with car companies, operators and other parties to achieve the goal of "high-quality charging wherever there is a road."

In January of this year, SERES Group and Huawei Digital Power signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen. The two parties will carry out comprehensive strategic cooperation in the fields of intelligent electric vehicle components, development and application of new energy vehicle (NEV) platform technologies, NEV charging network construction and operation, and NEV internationalization.

According to the agreement, the two parties will focus on deepening cooperation in various domains.

In the area of the intelligent electric vehicle components, they planned to jointly develop and manufacture components and products such as electric drives, onboard charging, range extenders, intelligent photovoltaics, chassis integration systems, brake-by-wire system, and all-in-one drive systems.

On the front of the innovation and cost reduction, they aimed to achieve overall vehicle innovation and cost reduction through E2E (end-to-end) technology innovation and scale deployment, and accelerate the commercialization of intelligent electric vehicle solutions.

Regarding the joint development of products and technologies, they would jointly create highly competitive products and technology solutions to provide consumers with exceptional product experience.

In the field of the charging network supercharging alliance and services, the duo would work together to promote the deployment of the NEV charging and supercharging network and achieve platform interoperability.

As for the international cooperation, the two parties would jointly promote the international development of technologies and market expansion of global-oriented products.
