According to the carmaker's introduction, the Galaxy E8 stands out with its "Ripple Aesthetics" design, featuring the revolutionary "Ripple of Light" rhythmic grille. This marks the world's first mass-produced vehicle with an integrated luminous front face. Original design elements such as the majestic "Tiger Roar" front face, the leaping tiger-like body, and the "Rising Sun" taillights exude a distinctive Chinese culture’s charm. Drawing inspiration from the "Ten Scenes of West Lake," the E8 offers six body colors.

Internally, the Galaxy E8 boasts suspended speakers, fragrance system, and ambient lighting arranged on the dashboard, resembling the "Three Pools Mirroring the Moon" from the "Ten Scenes of West Lake." The meticulous design process, including 25 low-drag features, 2,000 simulation tests, and 150 hours of wind tunnel testing, results in a drag coefficient as low as 0.199.
The SEA (Sustainable Experience Architecture) platform ensures the E8 model a precise 50:50 weight distribution, providing a balanced and stable driving experience. The carmaker said that Geely's unique digital virtual tuning, with over 10,000 iterations, achieves a 92.61% lateral linearity on the car model.
The automaker added that the outstanding suspension and steering design of the SEA platform allows for a maximum steering angle of 41.28°, enabling the 5-meter E8 to achieve a minimal turning radius of 5.62 meters.
The Galaxy E8 incorporates the "Heartbeat Matching Technology," synchronizing vertical frequency on undulating roads at nearly 1.25Hz (close to that of human heartbeat and breath), ensuring a nausea-free driving experience. Additionally, it features the GCS Comfort Braking System, suppressing 76.3% of braking nods and vehicle pitch, effectively eliminating the dizziness often associated with pure electric braking.

To cater to diverse user needs, based on the expandability of the SEA platform, the Galaxy E8 offers two variants with 400V and 800V respectively. The E8 Four-Wheel Drive Performance version, which the carmaker claims as the first mainstream 800V four-wheel-drive electric sedan in the market, with a power output of 475kW, can achieve a 0-100km/h acceleration in just 3.49 seconds. This version also boasts an 800V fast flash charging capability, providing a 180km range in just 5 minutes of charging.

In terms of battery safety, the Galaxy E8 is equipped with Geely's Aegis battery safety system, featuring a unique "Ten Palace Grid" battery anti-collision structure, an innovative aviation-grade aluminum alloy anti-collision beam, patented "Clover Leaf Transmission Structure," and an integrated boron steel door ring with a compressive strength of 1,500MPa.
Moreover, Geely announced the opening of the "Geely Global Safety Experimental Center" to the entire automotive and component industry, boasting a broad regulatory coverage and comprehensive validation capabilities.

The big display is paired with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip, with 5nm processing technology, providing eight times more computing power than the 8155 chip. The E8 also comes with the Galaxy NOS Borderless Edition in-car operating system, featuring two superbrains: the Flyme Link smartphone domain and Meizu smartphone's "Super Smartphone Brain," along with the "Super Cloud Brain" powered by Geely's Xingrui Intelligent Computing Center.
The Galaxy E8 is not just an ordinary car; it's a vehicle capable of "Satellite Communications," said Galaxy. Geely's unique global satellite internet technology enables two-way satellite communications for the Galaxy E8. Even in areas with no mobile signal, information can be sent and received through satellites. In early February, the "Geely Future Mobility Constellation" will launch 11 satellites into its second orbit.
