As part of its commitment to industry benchmarks, Gotion High-tech aims to establish a broad spectrum of quality indicators in 2024. Noteworthy improvements are targeted, with a 58% reduction in defect rates, a 76% decrease in 0KM defects, and a 55% drop in 3MIS (Months in Service) indicators compared to the previous year. Rigorous adherence to quality control requirements, bolstered process capability control, standardized procedural workflows, effective tooling and fixture management, and meticulous risk supplier control are among the measures to be implemented.

Gearing towards global market breakthroughs in 2024, Gotion High-tech is set to target three major regions: America, Europe and Africa, and Asia-Pacific. With anticipated overseas deliveries exceeding 100 GWh by 2027 and overseas sales revenue surpassing a trillion, the company aims to capture a 10% market share. Its strategic product portfolio will encompass the Astroinno Battery, the 4695 battery packs, fast-charging cell technologies, and energy storage solutions, positioning Gotion as a comprehensive provider of services in the new energy sector.

In 2024, Gotion High-tech will intensify its efforts on materials R&D, advancing the development and industrialization of cathode and anode materials. Customization of electrolytes and separator materials, establishment of a materials database, and forward-looking material development will be emphasized. The company aims to enhance the performance of second-generation cells, achieve full-scale industrialization of third-generation cells, finalize the design of fourth-generation cells, and align with the future fast-charging market. Additionally, the focus also includes the continual development of high-performance battery pack limit designs to create a series of "high-safety, long-life, and efficient intelligent" energy storage systems and products.

At the conference, Gotion High-tech also inked strategic agreements with 57 suppliers for the year 2024, encompassing raw materials, battery cells, energy storage, and equipment manufacturers, reinforcing Gotion's commitment to collaborative growth.
