Spy Shots: new Citroen c-Quatre is Naked in China
Spy Shots showing the new Citroen c-Quatre sedan all-naked in China, it will debut on the Chengdu Auto Show in September and launch on the Chinese car market in November. Sadly, the somewhat fuzzy ‘c-Quatre’ name will disappear, to be replaced with the generic ‘C4’ moniker. The c-Quatre/C4 is a China-only compact, manufactured by the Dongfeng-PSA joint venture.
This is the current Citroen c-Quatre sedan. Price starts at 107.800 yuan and ends at 135.800 yuan. It is positioned between the Citroen c-Elysee and the Citroen C4L, all of which are China-only cars. Engines: a 117hp 1.6 and a 147hp 2.0.
The new c-Quatre, code named ‘BZ3’, will be powered by a new 3-cylinder 1.2 turbo and a 1.6 turbo, the engines of the current car won’t come back. Price range will likely move up slightly.
Interior with typical Citroen gauges and a mid-sized screen for the infotainment system. Automatic gearbox here.
