The first Spy Shots of the upcoming Chery Arrizo 3 EV, an electric car from China based on the Chery Arrizo 3 sedan. The Arrizo 3 EV, designated A16EV, will debut on the Shanghai Auto Show in April and launch on the Chinese car market in the second half of the year.

The Chery Arrizo 3 EV will be powered by an electric motor with about 125hp. Range will be 260 kilometer in standard mode and 300 kilometer in an ‘economic mode’. No numbers yet on top speed or charging times. Price will start just under 100.000 yuan ($16.000) including all green-energy subsidies.

The petrol-powered Chery Arrizo 3. Price starts at 53.900 and ends at 75.900 yuan. Lone engine is a 1.5 liter four-cylinder with 122hp and 140nm, mated to a 5-speed manual or a CVT. Size: 4458/1755/1493mm, wheelbase is 2572mm.
