The HiPhi A is set to be produced in limited series run, with manufacturing and delivery slated to commence in the first quarter of 2025. Positioned as the hypercar for the next generation, the HiPhi A is the result of a strategic partnership between HiPhi and WESAIL New Energy Automotive, seamlessly integrating HiPhi's cutting-edge battery and motor technology with the classic hypercar elements from WESAIL New Energy Automotive's Apollo line.

David Ding, HiPhi Founder, Chairman and CEO, said, "Current trends will always continue to evolve and change with the advancement of technology and the passage of time, while classic and refined luxury has an enduring appeal. From the internal combustion engine era to the new era of intelligent electric mobility, the top hypercars should represent the pinnacle of innovative technology while still paying tribute to the classics, showcasing the transformative nature as a way to look toward the future. The combination of HiPhi's luxury product concept, first-class development and industrial capabilities with WESAIL New Energy Automotive's Apollo supercar elements, combined with the technical expertise and innovation from ShanghaiTech University, makes HiPhi A what it is – a true work of art for this new era."

The HiPhi A showcases avant-garde styling influenced by the futuristic aesthetics of the HiPhi range, highlighted by a seamlessly executed carbon fiber and matte paint finish that impeccably accentuates the car's contours. The commanding visual presence is further emphasized by the expansive front and rear wing panels and notably wide tires. Inside, the LuxTech details familiar to HiPhi owners abound, with a driver-centric front-row setup featuring the revolutionary HiPhi Bot and a capacious and comfortable rear, solidifying the HiPhi A's status as the ultimate 4-door 4-seater and a digital EV hypercar for the next generation.

The HiPhi A is set to showcase unparalleled performance, boasting a remarkable 0-100 km/h acceleration in just over 2 seconds and targeting an impressive top speed of nearly 300 km/h.

What sets it apart is being the first vehicle equipped with HiPhi's in-house-developed high-performance powertrain, encompassing both the battery pack and motors. Built on the advanced 800V platform, the electric drive assembly adopts a distinctive layout with a front single-motor drive and rear dual-motor drive, delivering a peak power of up to 1,305 PS. The motors feature an industry-leading ultra-high-speed carbon-fiber rotor design, coupled with advanced cooling technologies, allowing for speeds of 22,000 rpm and sustained high-power output for over 30 minutes.

The battery pack of the HiPhi A demonstrates remarkable capabilities, with the ability to discharge 1.5MW of power at its peak. It introduces a carbon fiber bullet-proof bottom shield and a fireproof sprayed carbon fiber top cover. With HiPhi's cloud control battery technology on board, it delivers both performance and safety.

The automaker said the HiPhi A ingeniously incorporates the first-ever use of aircraft-grade TC4 titanium alloy in both automotive interior and exterior trim. Complementing this innovative choice, the vehicle features high-performance aluminum alloys, nano-ceramics, and other advanced materials in its chassis.

Notably, HiPhi has initiated a collaboration with the Intelligent Manufacturing System Center at ShanghaiTech University. This partnership aims to undertake a comprehensive closed-loop development process, encompassing material powder selection, inventive structural design, simulation of the printing process, and vigilant monitoring of the production process, in order to propel the widespread adoption and application of 3D printing technology within the automotive industry.

The HiPhi A's nimble and precise handling is underpinned by an array of advanced chassis technologies, including rear-wheel active steering, CDC (continuously variable damping), and a meticulously maintained front-to-rear axle weight ratio of nearly 50:50. To further elevate its handling prowess, the HiPhi A is set to feature HiPhi's groundbreaking torque vectoring control technology, known as HVC (HiPhi Vectoring Control). According to HiPhi, this integration promises a 15% enhancement in cornering performance and a notable 10% improvement in braking capabilities.
