Under the agreement, Envision will build a hydrogen equipment factory in Spain and develop a green hydrogen industrial park in partnership with Spanish companies, achieving 100% green electricity-powered hydrogen production. Envision will also collaborate with Spain on synthetic biology, green methanol, and sustainable bio-aviation fuel, fostering a green hydrogen industrial ecosystem with cost-competitive products to support Spain's carbon-neutral transition across sectors such as industry, aviation, and maritime.

Prime Minister Sánchez highlighted Envision's global leadership in green hydrogen technology, stating, "Envision's partnership with Spanish companies to build a zero-carbon hydrogen industrial park and hydrogen equipment factory will not only contribute to Spain's economic development but also help create a brighter future for the country."

Envision Group Chairman Zhang Lei emphasized, "Envision has developed full-stack technology capabilities for new power systems and hydrogen energy. We pioneered the world's first zero-carbon industrial park in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, and are building the world's largest green hydrogen-ammonia project in Chifeng. We are excited to bring these innovations from China to Spain, helping Spain build a green hydrogen industrial ecosystem and driving Europe's green transformation."
