Spy Shots: facelifted Brilliance H530 is Naked in China
New Spy Shots showing the facelifted Brilliance H530 sedan all-naked in China. The facelifted Brilliance H530 will debut on the 2014 Beijing Auto Show and will be launched on the China car market in the second half of this year. The facelift includes a new grille, new headlights, new taillights, and new bumpers.
The outgoing Brilliance H530 for comparison. Price starts at 85.800 yuan and ends at 125.800 yuan. Engines: 1.6 with 119hp and 151nm and a 1.5 turbo with 136hp and 200nm, bot mated to a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic.
The engines and transmissions will continue in the facelifted H530 and price will be about the same.
New front looks ‘heavier’ than old. Not sure if that is an improvement. Larger black space around fog lights in bumper seems to be the worst heavy-making detail. Extra large headlights don’t really help either, but new grille is an improvement.
Great work done here. Rear lights look more modern but are not too large. Chrome strip between lights nice ‘n shiny.
White lights inside red a new nice detail we are seeing a lot on cars of local Chinese car makers recently. Fashion thingy.
