Lamborghini Huracan will hit the China car market in Q4
Lamborghini China has started to accept reservations for the brand new Lamborghini Huracan. Price for the basic car is set at a staggering 4.29 million yuan or 709.000 USD. However, super car buyers in China will have to wait until the fourth quarter when the first Hurracans are expected to arrive on Chinese shores.
For comparison, price for the Lamborghini Gallardo ranged from 3.48 million yuan for the base model to 4.9 million yuan for the Super Trofeo Stradale ($575.000 – $809.000). The new Huracan is thus a lot more expensive than the Gallardo was.
The Lamborghini Huracan will debut internationally on the Geneva Motor Show in March, and will debut in China on the Beijing Auto Show in April. Lamborghini expects China to become the second-largest market worldwide for the Huracan in 2015, behind only the United States.
The Lamborghini-China website has the full specs of the Huracan, here are the most important numbers: 5.2 liter V10 with 610hp and 560nm, Top speed is 325km/h, 0-100 is gone in 3.2 seconds and 0-200 is done in 9.9 seconds. Weight: 1422 kilo. Co2: 290g/km. Fuel consumption: 12.5 liter per 100km. Various photos show the Huracan will be available in black, gray, green, orange, white, and yellow. No red for China (?).
