During the past month, the company delivered a total of 34,134 vehicles, representing a remarkable soar of 227.5% from the previous year and also indicating a 4.79% rise from the earlier month. This achievement marks the second consecutive month for Li Auto to see its monthly deliveries surpass 30,000 units.
In the first seven months of this year, the automaker’s total deliveries came in to an impressive 173,251 units.
As a leading premium car brand preferred by families, Li Auto proudly celebrated its 400,000th user delivery in July, making it the first new energy vehicle startup in China to achieve this milestone. The three models of the Li Auto L-series, launched successively since June last year, have already accumulated over 200,000 deliveries. For three consecutive months in the second quarter, Li Auto's L-series SUVs dominated the sales of SUVs priced over 300,000 yuan in the Chinese market, solidifying its position as a market leader in the Chinese luxury car segment, said Li Xiang, chairman and CEO of Li Auto.
Notably, the flagship five-seater SUV, Li L7, achieved over 50,000 units of deliveries within five months of its launch. Additionally, the two six-seater SUVs, Li L8 and Li L9, experienced a notable growth in monthly deliveries from 12,000 units in March to 20,000 units in July, successfully converting product strength into sales momentum, Li Xiang stated.
Furthermore, the company plans to deliver the Li Magic Carpet air suspension 2.0 to users via OTA this month, promising improved handling and suspension experience.
As of July 31, 2023, Li Auto's retail network spans across 337 centers in 128 cities in China, with 323 after-sales service and authorized body spray centers in 222 cities nationwide, ensuring comprehensive support for its growing customer base.
