Audi e-tron GT starts at 999,800 yuan in China

Shanghai (ZXZC)- On July 27, 2023, the Audi e-tron GT was officially put onto the Chinese market with a single trim priced at 999,800 yuan.

In addition, the Audi e-tron GT Launch Edition, limited to 20 units nationwide, recently began its pre-sale at 1,099,800 yuan. The special edition comes with exclusive limited configuration equipment packages.

In terms of design, the Audi e-tron GT exudes a sporty and aggressive overall look, featuring a highly contrasting front face with an integrated closed grille adorned with Audi’s four rings emblem, highlighting its identity as an electric vehicle. The e-tron GT also introduces Audi's first-ever body-colored radiator grille, reinterpreting the brand's classic honeycomb design.

Furthermore, the Audi e-tron GT Launch Edition offers an exclusive Cumulus Blue body color and is equipped with 21-inch large-sized wheels for a stronger sense of exclusivity.

Regarding dimensions, the Audi e-tron GT measures 4,990mm in length, 1,960mm in width, and 1,410mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900mm. Its trunk capacity is 405 liters, while the front luggage compartment offers 81 liters.

The vehicle boasts an impressive aerodynamic coefficient of only 0.24Cd.

At the rear, the car features the through-the-round taillight design, with arrow-shaped elements on each side for a distinctive touch. Additionally, the large-sized diffuser not only enhances the visual appeal but also improves the vehicle's aerodynamic performance.

Inside, the Audi e-tron GT’s center console presents a sense of mechanical and floating aesthetics, accentuated by silver brushed chrome trims for a striking visual effect. The most eye-catching aspect of the e-tron GT's interior is the combination of a full-liquid-crystal instrument cluster and console-mounted screen, which exudes a strong sense of technology and sophistication. The central control screen is also tilted towards the driver's seat for easy viewing and operation.

Under the hood, the Audi e-tron GT is equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel-drive system, with a maximum power output of 350 kW and a maximum torque of 630 N·m. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds. 

Regarding battery range, the new car is equipped with a 93 kWh battery pack consisting of 33 modules and 396 pouch batteries. The vehicle's WLTP range exceeds 488 km, and it comes standard with an 11 kW AC charger, with a 22 kW charger available as a future option. With fast DC charging, the car’s standard output power can reach up to 270 kW, providing a range of 100 km in just 5 minutes or charging from 5% to 80% of the battery capacity in 23 minutes.
