Furthermore, this partnership is expected to establish a closed-loop battery material recycling and supply system, supporting EVE Energy in achieving its low-carbon goals and further promoting global electrification transformation.

Founded in Canada in 2016, Li-Cycle is a leading global lithium-ion battery recycling company and the largest pure-play lithium-ion battery recycler in North America. It is experiencing rapid growth in its European operations as well. Li-Cycle utilizes its innovative and sustainable Spoke & Hub Technologies™ to provide solutions for recycling end-of-life batteries while enabling the secondary supply of critical battery materials.

EVE Energy has always been committed to building a responsible and sustainable product value chain through responsible sourcing, intelligent manufacturing, green transportation, and efficient resource utilization and management.

In order to achieve low-carbon management throughout the battery lifecycle, in addition to collaborating with Hubei Jinquan New Material on the development of low-carbon and environmentally friendly recycling and utilization technology for end-of-life lithium batteries, EVE Energy actively seeks external partnerships along the market chain. By exploring global cooperation, global services, and global manufacturing with industry peers, it aims to establish a green supply chain for the circular economy of "end-of-life lithium batteries - chemical materials - battery materials - lithium batteries."

In the future, Eve Energy will collaborate closely with Li-Cycle in resources, recycling, technology, and the market to jointly build the value chain for the entire battery lifecycle.
