Dongfeng Aeolus launches Haohan PHEV with 1,350km of combined range
Beijing (ZXZC)- Dongfeng Aeolus, the wholly-owned brand of Dongfeng Motor, on July 9 officially launched the Haohan electric hybrid SUV with an impressive combined range of up to 1,350 kilometers, and has opened blind bookings for the vehicle.

As the first model and the starting point for Dongfeng Aeolus' new energy transformation, the Haohan is equipped with the advanced Mach electric hybrid DH-i technology. The vehicle is available in two versions, namely the Haohan PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle), which offers the convenience of charging and the experience of pure-electric driving, and the Haohan HEV (hybrid electric vehicle), which operates without charging while delivering exceptional performance enabled by electric power.
The Dongfeng Aeolus Haohan boasts a body length of 4,650mm, width of 1,905mm, height of 1,630mm, and a wheelbase of 2,775mm, combining sporty styling with a spacious interior. It achieves remarkable fuel efficiency and a long range. The Haohan PHEV has a range of 1,350 kilometers, while the HEV model offers a range of 1,200 kilometers.
The Haohan is equipped with Dongfeng Motor’s proprietary Mach hybrid-dedicated engine, with an industry-first certified thermal efficiency of 45.18%, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6 seconds. The HEV model delivers a comprehensive power output of 215 kW and a torque of 565 N·m, while the PHEV model achieves an even higher comprehensive power output of 265 kW and a torque of 615 N·m.
