A very inventive home-made vehicle seen in the great city of Shantou in Guangdong Province. The vehicle consist of two electric scooters welded together with a steel sub frame. The driver sits in the middle, race car style, and changes direction with a large steering wheel that replaces both scooter steers. Best if all is the roof.
