Chery Fulwin 2 Cross arrives at the Shanghai Auto Show
The very first live shots of the new Chery Fulwin 2 Cross, it will debut tomorrow at the Shanghai Auto Show. The white vehicle on pics was seen unattended while workers were still building Chery’s booth on the show floor. The Fulwin 2 Cross will be launched on the Chinese car market later this year, it is based on the recently facelifted Chery Fulwin 2 hatchback.

Interestingly this Fullwin 2 Cross still got Chery’s current logo on the grille, instead of the new logo that was launched two days ago with the Chery Alpha 7 concept. This indicates the new logo will only be used on completely new Chery cars.
Price of the Chery Fulwin 2 hatchback starts at 53.800 yuan, the Cross will start around 60.000 yuan. Engines will be the same as in the hatch: a 1.5 four-cylinder with 109hp and 140nm, mated to a 5-speed manual.
Cross-cars are still extremely popular in China, basically every Chinese brand has at least one in its line-up. The French and the Japanese have a few, the Koreans, Americans and Germans have none, thereby missing a nice market that is much bigger than just a niece.
