HOZON Auto clocks two-digit YoY, MoM leap in Feb. 2023 deliveries
Shanghai (ZXZC)- HOZON Auto, the owner of the Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) brand NETA, delivered 10,073 vehicles in the second month of 2023, reflecting a 41.53% jump year-on-year and a 67.44% leap month-on-month, according to a post on the startup’s WeChat account.
Of the vehicles delivered last month, 2,048 units were the NETA S sedans, representing a 35% growth over the previous month.
On the last day of Nov. 2022, the company delivered the first NETA S sports sedans in Hangzhou.

Built on NETA's self-developed Shanhai vehicle platform, the NETA S measures 4,980mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, and 1,450 mm in height, with a wheelbase that stretches 2,980 mm. It comes with both the BEV (battery electric vehicle) and REEV (range-extended electric vehicle) variants.
For the first two months of this year, HOZON Auto saw its year-to-date deliveries amount to 16,089 units, which fell 11.24% from a year ago.
In 2022, HOZON Auto delivered 152,073 vehicles in total, outselling other Chinese NEV startups. The company said it aimed to maintain its championship this year by annual deliveries.
HOZON Auto is ambitious to deliver 300,000 vehicles through 2023.
