The very first pictures of  the new JAC Heyue S30 all-naked in China. Design shows heavy influence from the Hyundai ix35 but the Heyue S30 is a much smaller vehicle. The S30 also appears to be more MPV than SUV. Debut is scheduled for the Shanghai Auto Show in April, it will be launched on the Chinese car market in the second half of this year, positioned under the new JAC Eagle S5 SUV.

Interesting design here, with a black bumper-like line climbing up to the wheel arch, not exactly connecting with the line at the rear bumper that sits about 5 centimeters lower.

Chinese media say the platform that underpins the Heyue S30 is completely new. Wheelbase is confirmed at 2560, total body length is about 4100. Engines: 1.5, 1.5 turbo and 1.8. Price will range from 70.000 to 90.000 yuan.

Simple steel wheels actually rather cool in black.

First picture of the interior. A lot of chrome, in line with current trends. Screen on the small side but big enough for a car in this class. Gearbox seems to be a manual.
