The front face of the Haval H6 DHT-PHEV adopts a large-sized “borderless nebula” grille, and the matrix horizontal chrome-plated decoration widens the visual effect. The new vehicle is the first model to adopt Haval’s NEV-dedicated logo, which is inspired by “mortise and tenon joint”, a traditional Chinese architecture technique. To accentuate its NEV identity, it bears the blue letterings “DHT” and “PHEV” on both side of the rear.

The new PHEV's entire model series comes standard with a 3.3kW V2L external discharge function that can support running of such facilities as car washers, induction cookers, and electric ovens.

The Haval H6 DHT-PHEV supports FOTA upgrade. Its cockpit uses a 10.25-inch liquid crystal dashboard, a 12.3-inch floating center control screen, and an optional 9-inch HUD to constitute a triplex display system. Thanks to the industry-leading Mobileye eyeq4 chips, the new model is capable of Level 2 intelligent driver assistance features.
The new model has two NEDC-range options—55km and 110km—on battery power alone.
