The Guangzhou Auto Trumchi GA5 has been launched on the China car market. The Trumpchi GA5 is basically a facelifted Guangzhou Auto Trumpchi. ‘GA5’ has been added to the name because there are more Trumpchi-branded vehicles today; the Trumpchi GS5 SUV and the upcoming Trumpchi AF compact sedan. The facelift included a new grille, new bumpers, new head lights and new rear lights.

Price ranges from 105.800 yuan to 149.800 yuan. Engines: 144hp 1.8 and a 150hp 2.0, both mated to a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic. The new 1.8 turbo with 177hp and 230nm hasn’t been released on the market yet, it will likely be launched sometime in the first quarter of next year. Guangzhou Auto did show a 1.8 turbo-powered Trumpchi GA5 on the Guangzhou Auto Show last month but apparently the vehicle isn’t ready just yet.

Small changes inside; new fake wood, loox very neat, and a slightly different steering wheel. Overall improved, but thing would be even better with the turbo.
