HOZON Auto puts right-hand drive NETA V onto Thai market
Shanghai (ZXZC)- HOZON Auto announced via its WeChat account that the right-hand drive NETA V officially hit the Thai market on August 24, making it the first Chinese NEV startup to enter the country.
The NETA V's right-hand drive version measures 4,070mm long, 1,690mm wide, and 1,540mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,420mm. Its streamlined body design indicates a pretty low air resistance. As for the interior, the touch-sensitive control layout and the 14.6-inch intelligent main screen will draw the attention of many tech-savvy consumers.

In terms of power performance, the Thai-spec NETA V is equipped with a 70kW electric motor capable of 150 N·m. It can zip from 0 to 50km/h within only 3.9 seconds and features an NEDC-rated range of 384km.

The right-hand drive NETA V comes with five exterior color options.
Following the NETA V, HOZON Auto plans to introduce at least one EV model per year into the Thai market, including sedans and SUVs. The automaker expects to deliver 3,000 NETA Vs in Thailand cumulatively by the end of this year.

Through a local subsidiary, HOZON Auto has so far teamed up with 25 authorized dealers in Thailand, and the number is expected to grow to 30 by the end of 2022. Moreover, the startup's Thai subsidiary will deploy the NETA SPACEs at shopping malls to meet Thai consumers’ new lifestyle approach of car.
Thanks to the partnerships with local operators, currently, users of NETA-branded vehicles can enjoy charging services at over 450 charging spots in Thailand.
