SGMW puts Wuling Jiachen HEV version onto market
Shanghai (ZXZC)- On June 13, SAIC-GM-Wuling (“SGMW”) officially announced the launch of its Wuling Jiachen MPV’s HEV version, which is priced at 115,800 yuan.
Retaining the original spacious seven-seat layout, this new HEV model is equipped with Wuling's 2.0L hybrid system, boasting an impressive fuel consumption of just 5.7L per 100 kilometers.

Moreover, the automaker has introduced a double benefit scheme for its customers. Starting immediately, a reservation can be made on the LING Club APP or mini-program for just 9.9 yuan, offering an immediate benefit of 4,000 yuan in financial subsidies and 5,000 yuan in trade-in subsidies. The first 500 customers to make reservations will also enjoy a special photography package, a collaborative initiative between Wuling Motors and the photo studio HIMO.
The Jiachen HEV has undergone numerous upgrades in terms of its exterior design, interior specifications, and functional aspects.

On the exterior, the Jiachen HEV introduces new 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, paired with 215/60 R17 large-size tires. In addition, the hybrid model's exclusive HEV emblem adorns the rear of the vehicle.

Inside, the new model continues to use a 10.25-inch floating central control screen, equipped with a new electronic gear lever. The in-car system incorporates Wuling's self-developed Ling OS, a growing open smart ecosystem, offering a host of online features including Baidu Maps, NetEase Cloud Music, Ximalaya, among others, with strong voice capabilities.
In terms of its power system, the new model is equipped with an electric motor that delivers 320 N·m and a maximum discharge power of 130 kW, paired with a 2.0L engine dedicated to hybrid use for increased efficiency. Furthermore, the vehicle utilizes Wuling's self-developed electromagnetic DHT.
