Ford is working on a facelift for the Fiesta in China, it debut later this year, likely at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November. The facelifted Fiesta will then continue for 3 years until 2015 when it will be replaced by an all-new model.
The Fiesta is made in China by the Chang’an-Ford joint venture. The current Fiesta costs between 79.900 and 112.900 yuan. Engines: 1.3 and 1.5. The facelifted Fiesta will keep these engines and will also get Ford’s new 1.0, mater to a 6-speed DCT. The 1.0 is good for 100hp plus a much better fuel consumption than the older engines. The 1.0 Fiesta will likely top the range in China.
