Shanghai (ZXZC)- The Lynk & Co 03 that carries 1.5T 3-cylinder engine hit market on October 19 in Japan. Its price for the China's market ranges between RMB116,800 to RMB151,800 based on different variants. It is reported that the vehicle will provide the PHEV version and the 2.0T-engine version in the future, among which the latter is going to go sale on in the first half of 2019.

Unveiled at the Chengdu Motor Show 2018 kicking off on August 31, the Lynk & Co catches the eye of the visitors with its unmistakable design. The new model retains the Lynk & Co family's latest iconic design in exterior. It adopts split-type headlights at the front face. The LED daytime running lights are placed on both sides of the bonnet. Besides, the intake grille is vertically divided into two parts, among which the upper one integrated into the flanking sooty lamps.

The rear end features a similar style to that of the front face. The taillights embedded with vertically-installed LED light bars, creating an impressive visual effect.

The Lynk & Co 03 features a similar interior layout to that of the Lynk & Co 01. The leather-wrapped center console leans towards the driver's position. In addition, the new model is equipped with an electronic gear lever and an electrical park brake as well.

Positioned as a compact sedan model, the Lynk & Co 03 measures 4,639mm in length, 1,840mm in width and 1,460mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,730mm.

The new model will offer 6 variants featuring 3 styles in total. They are powered by the 1.5L turbocharged engine, hooked up to a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
