This is the new Gonow Aoosed GX5 SUV, it has been listed on the China car market, price starts at 135.800 yuan and ends at 151.800 yuan.  The GX5 is based on the Aoosed G5 which debuted two years ago at the 2010 Beijing Auto Show was listed last year.

Power comes from the good old Mitsubishi 2.4 patrol that is used by so many small Chinese SUV and pickup truck makers. In the GX5 is poops out 100kw and 200nm, mated to a 5-speed automatic and 4-wheel drive. Gonow will also offer a 2.0 in the future, sourced from Mitsubishi as well.

Gonow is since two years a subsidiary of Guangzhou Automobile. Gonow makes all sorts of cheap ‘n big SUV’s and pickup trucks for the countryside. The Aoosed GX5 is their most expensive and ambitious car so far.
