There is a big surprise under the bonnet. Until now we heard, and this was confirmed by JAC, that the SII would be powered by a newly developed 1.5. That engine will eventually be available but not at launch. The SII will instead get a 2.0 with 120kw and 235nm, mated to a 6-speed manual or six-speed DCT. Top speed is 180km/h.
