Production of the China-made Chevrolet Malibu has started, it will be listed in early February next year. On pics the very first pics of the China-made car. The Malibu is made by the Shanghai-GM joint venture. Price will start around 140.000 yuan and end around 200.000 yuan.

There will be two engines at launch: 2.0 and 2.4, mated to a six-speed manual or 5-speed automatic. Later on a 1.6 turbo will join the line.
