Shanghai (ZXZC)- China Evergrande Group once again became a buzzworthy topic in the automobile domain with a recruitment advertisement that went viral in China's social media platform WeChat.

The Chinese real estate titan plans to recruit a total of 8,000 world-class experts and technical talents in new energy vehicle industry worldwide for the Evergrande New Energy Automotive R&D Institute Global Headquarters, according to a post on Evergrande New Energy Automobile’s WeChat account released on September 9.

After joining the group's global NEV institute, talents will work in spots scattered around nine countries including China, Sweden, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Japan and South Korea.

The global headquarters consists of three branches that focus on automobile, powertrain and battery respectively. The positions to be filled cover a wide range of fields. For instance, the automobile institute needs engineers specializing in the complete vehicle platform, power assembly, vehicle integration, car body, chassis system, electronic, IoV (Internet of Vehicles) and autonomous driving.

Additionally, engineers and scientists of battery cell, materials, battery pack, solid battery and hydrogen power battery are needed for the battery division.

Earlier this month, Evergrande Group saw its NEV arm fully obtain the intellectual property of the chassis architecture 3.0 from German's auto parts suppliers BENTELER and FEV Group, marking another milestone in the property titan's pursuit of being the world's leading NEV manufacturer.

On August 28, Evergrande's NEV brand “Heng Chi” made a brilliant appearance in front of tens of thousands of football fans who were at the scene of the AFC Champions League quarter-final and a huge nunber of TV viewers.

According to an official interpretation from the property behemoth, “Heng Chi” embodies the group's ambition of everlasting prosperity and overrunning the world.

Besides, the Chinese characters of “Heng Chi” also appeared in the polo shirts of players from the Guangdong Evergrande Women's Volleyball Club.
