The Z10 is already available for test drives at Lynk & Co stores, with the official launch set for September 5.

Lynk & Co, jointly owned by Geely Auto and Volvo Cars, has begun accepting pre-orders for its first battery electric vehicle (BEV) model, the Z10, in China, after unveiling the model two months ago.

The Lynk & Co Z10 has a starting price of RMB 215,800 yuan ($30,140) in pre-sale, and customers who order now will receive benefits worth up to RMB 28,000 yuan, the brand announced today.

Test drives of the Z10 are already available in stores, and the official launch will be on September 5, Lynk & Co said.

Unveiled by Lynk & Co at a launch event in Gothenburg, Sweden on June 12, the Z10 is an all-electric mid to large-size sedan with a length, width and height of 5,028 mm, 1,966 mm and 1,468 mm respectively, and a wheelbase of 3,005 mm.

The car will be offered in five variants, including three based on the 400 V platform and two built on the 800 V platform, according to its specification sheet.

The model is offered in single-motor rear-wheel-drive and dual-motor four-wheel-drive versions, with the single-motor version carrying motors with a maximum power of 200 kW and 310 kW options, and the dual-motor version having a combined peak motor power of 580 kW.

Its four-wheel-drive variant can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds.

The Z10 is available with two battery options with 75 kWh and 95 kWh capacity, offering CLTC ranges of 602 km, 766 km, 806 km and 702 km respectively.

The Lynk & Co Z10 also comes with Flyme Auto, which is equipped with an automotive grade chip with the highest computing power currently available, which is 1.8 times more powerful than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295, Lynk & Co previously said.

The Z10 is built on the same platform as Zeekr's (NYSE: ZK) first model, the Zeekr 001, which just received a 2025 model year update on August 13.

Zeekr is another brand under the Geely umbrella and was officially launched in March 2021 as a separate company.

On April 15, 2021, the Zeekr 001 was unveiled, a rebranding of what was previously known as the Lynk Zero.
