CHJ extended-range mid-to-large hybrid SUV spied on roads
Shanghai (ZXZC)- Chinese auto startup CHJ Automotive's all-new SUV model was spied on roads recently. The new model is a mid-to-large SUV model with a length of over 5 meters. It is said that the new model will be launched within this year and the first batch of the model will be delivered in 2019.
Though the model is camouflaged heavily, it can be seen that the model adopts a rectangular intake grille and a trapezoid air inlet below the intake grille. The new model is a seven-seat SUV boasting slim bodylines and large rear windows.
Aiming to take on the Audi Q7, the Volvo XC90 and the Mercedes-Benz GLE, the CHJ all-new SUV features a larger body than the Volvo XC 90. According to the information revealed before, the Volvo XC 90 has a length of 4.95 meters.
The new model is expected to be equipped with range-extended hybrid powertrain. It is said that the model will boast a maximum range of over 1,000km and a NEDC range of 700km.
